All retail orders are despatched within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail.
As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of returns at this stage. However if your item arrives faulty or broken, then we will reimburse your postage costs up to £3.50 once we have received your parcel and you provide proof of postage.
We do accept returns/refunds for:
*Items that have arrived damaged
*Faulty wax warmers.
If you return an item outside of its original packaging then we will not be able a refund.
If you would like to return items to us then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, nature of your problem and any supporting photos. In the unlikely event your order is any missing items, we will need a photo of the products you received,the invoice and the packaging it arrived in.
We have a 14 days returns policy. Any returns after 14 days of purchase cannot be processed.

*Wax melts or any other item which have been used or partially used.
*Wax melts you don’t like the scent of. Scent is subjective, which is why we have launched our monthly sampler boxes, so you can try a range of our scents before purchasing our larger products.
*Sampler boxes: Due to the nature of our monthly sampler boxes we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
*Products where the fees have been donated to charity.
